(30. desember 2021) Det vises til tidligere børsmeldinger der Kitron ASA ("Kitron" eller "Selskapet") kunngjorde tildeling av 17 910 399 aksjer til en tegningskurs på NOK 19.50 per aksje, med bruttoproveny på ca. NOK 350 millioner i en rettet emisjon (den "Rettede Emisjonen").

Kapitalforhøyelsen knyttet til utstedelsen av de 17 910 399 nye aksjene er nå registrert i Foretaksregisteret. Selskapets nye registrerte aksjekapital er 19 701 438,90 fordelt på 197 014 389 aksjer, hver med en pålydende verdi på NOK 0,10 per aksje. Hver aksje representerer én stemme på Selskapets generalforsamling.
