HMS Networks Networks (publ) förvärvar återstående 25,1% i WEBfactory GmbH

HMS Industrial Networks AB, ett helägt dotterbolag till HMS Networks AB (publ), har förvärvat återstående 25,1% av aktierna i det tyska företaget WEBfactory GmbH.

WEBfactory är en ledande leverantör av webbaserade mjukvarulösningar för Industrial Internet of Things med 35 anställda och kunder främst i Europa. Företaget är mest känt för sin mjukvarusvit i4 som adresserar IIoT-relaterade kundutmaningar som datainsamling, analys och visualisering av industriella processer.
