Som del af den løbende proces med at optimere bankens kapitalstruktur, har GrønlandsBANKEN A/S besluttet at undersøge muligheden for udstedelse af supplerende kapital (Tier 2).
I tilfælde af en tilfredsstillende interesse i markedet forventes udstedelserne at finde sted inden udgangen af anden kvartal 2023.
Nykredit Bank A/S er udpeget som arrangør af udstedelsen.
