Forventet resultat pr. aktie 55-65 kr. i 2023
Jyske Bank forventer et resultat pr. aktie på 55-65 kr., svarende til et resultat efter skat på 3,7-4,3 mia. kr. i 2023. Forventningerne afspejler effekten af det højere renteniveau, et stabilt aktivitetsniveau, en fortsat solid kreditkvalitet samt købet af Handelsbanken Danmark.
Engangsomkostninger til integrationen af Handelsbanken Danmark forventes at udgøre ca. 0,3 mia. kr. i 2023 og er indregnet i ovenstående forventninger.
Integrationen af Handelsbanken Danmark forløber planmæssigt med afklaret ledelse på ledergruppeniveau og på afdelingsdirektørniveau. Alle medarbejderes fremtidige stillinger afklares i løbet af februar. IT-konverteringen ventes gennemført i november 2023.
Resultat pr. aktie udgjorde 57 kr. og resultat efter skat 3,9 mia. kr. eksklusiv engangsomkostninger i 2022 mod tidligere udmeldt ca. 56 kr. og ca. 3,8 mia. kr. Koncernens kapitalprocent udgjorde 19,5, og den egentlige kernekapitalprocent udgjorde 15,2 ultimo 2022 og var således inden for koncernens målsatte interval på 15-17. Koncernens balance udgjorde ca. 750 mia. kr.

Management Board of Northern Horizon Capital AS has approved the audited financial results of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) for the year 2022. The financial results remained unchanged compared to the preliminary disclosure on 15 February 2023. Net result and net rental income In 2022, the Group recorded a net profit of EUR 3.9 million against EUR 1.4 million for 2021. The net result was mainly driven by strong recovery of the Galerija Centrs operating performance as fewer COVID-19 rent reliefs were granted to tenants in 2022 and increased rent indexation.
