
Euphoria-prosjektet: 100 kampanjedager sparkes i gang i butikker i Norge. En reise for å oppdage fortreffeligheten til europeisk frukt og grønnsaker
«Euphoria»-prosjektet, et promoterings- og informasjonsprogram om kvaliteten på europeisk frukt- og grønnsaksproduksjon, opprettet med bidrag fra EU, er nå inne i sitt tredje og siste år og vender tilbake for å møte norske forbrukere.
Faktisk starter en syklus på 100 kampanjedager mandag 15. mai med sikte på å øke bevisstheten hos sluttforbrukeren om de unike egenskapene til europeisk frukt og grønnsaker. Kontrollerte og garanterte produksjonsprosesser som returnerer et produkt med utmerkede kvaliteter og organoleptiske egenskaper.
Et eksempel på dette er produktene, maksimum og uttrykk for sesongvariasjonen i europeisk frukt- og grønnsaksproduksjon, som vil være tilgjengelig for smaking i løpet av disse 100 dagene:
- Artisjokker, rik på aktive ingredienser som gir rensende, fordøyelses- og anti-kolesterol egenskaper. De er nyttige for leveren og for å avgifte kroppen. De har få kalorier og mange fibre, og takket være deres svært lave glykemiske indeks er de egnet for diabetikere. Hovedfunksjonen til artisjokken er absolutt å beskytte leveren takket være tilstedeværelsen av cynarin, et stoff som fremmer diurese og gallesekresjon. For å dra nytte av denne egenskapen, er det imidlertid nødvendig å konsumere artisjokken rå ettersom den deaktiveres ved tilberedning.
