Equinor ASA: Michael Lewis trer ut av Equinors styre
Michael Lewis har meddelt at han trer ut av styret i Equinor ASA med virkning fra 16. mars 2023 for å unngå potensielle interessekonflikter som følge av hans utnevnelse som CEO i Uniper SE. Hans tiltredelsesdato som CEO i Uniper SE har ikke blitt annonsert.
Valgkomiteen i Equinor vil igangsette arbeidet med å finne et nytt styremedlem og bedriftsforsamlingen kan om ønskelig foreta et suppleringsvalg når valgkomiteens innstilling er klar. Jarle Roth leder valgkomiteen i Equinor.
