Equinor (OSE: EQNR, NYSE: EQNR) annonserte 8. februar 2023 et ordinært utbytte per aksje på USD 0,30 og et ekstraordinært utbytte på USD 0,60 per aksje for fjerde kvartal 2022.
NOK-beløpet per aksje er basert på gjennomsnittlig USDNOK valutakurs satt av Norges Bank for perioden pluss/minus tre virkedager fra eierregisterdato 12. mai 2023, totalt syv virkedager.
Gjennomsnittlig valutakurs satt av Norges Bank for denne perioden var 10,6392. Samlet kontantutbytte per aksje på USD 0,90 for fjerde kvartal 2022 er dermed NOK 9,5753 per aksje.
Kontantutbyttet vil bli utbetalt 25. mai 2023 til aksjonærer på Oslo Børs og til eiere av American Depositary Receipts («ADRs») på New York Stock Exchange.
