Verksamhetsårets tredje kvartal 1 juli 2021 – 30 september 2021
- Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 690,9 (383,7) MSEK.
- Rörelseresultatet uppgick till 0,3 (57,0) MSEK. Resultat före skatt uppgick till
-4,9 (42,7) MSEK. Periodens resultat efter skatt uppgick till 1,5 (38,5) MSEK. - Resultat per aktie före och efter utspädning uppgick till 0,19 (1,54) SEK.
- Under perioden togs 0 (38) nya vindkraftverk med en total effekt om 0 (160) MW i drift och överlämnades till kunder.
- Vid periodens utgång omfattade koncernens förvaltningsverksamhet 921 (903) MW.
Verksamhetsårets första nio månader 1 januari 2021 – 30 september 2021
- Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 1 605,5 (933,6) MSEK.
- Rörelseresultatet uppgick till -21,0 (-1,0) MSEK. Resultat före skatt uppgick till
-30,3 (-22,5) MSEK. Periodens resultat efter skatt uppgick till -16,8 (-2,5) MSEK. - Resultat per aktie före och efter utspädning uppgick till -0,55 (-0,10) SEK.
- Under perioden togs 13 (38) nya vindkraftverk med en total effekt om 47 (160) MW i drift.
- Under perioden överlämnades motsvarande 13 (40) vindkraftverk med en total effekt om 47 (162) MW till kunder.
- Vid periodens utgång omfattade koncernens förvaltningsverksamhet 921 (903) MW.
- Eolus räkenskapsår har ändrats från 1 september - 31 augusti till 1 januari - 31 december. Under räkenskapsåret som avslutades 31 december 2020 presenterades perioder baserat på att det var ett förlängt räkenskapsår som startade den 1 september 2019. Under 2021 presenteras jämförelsetal i respektive kvartal för motsvarande period 2020. Det innebär att jämförelseperioderna 2021 motsvaras av delårsperioder som inte presenterats tidigare.
Väsentliga händelser efter rapportperiodens utgång
- I oktober sade investeraren Commerz Real upp aktieöverlåtelseavtalet för en affär omfattande tre vindparker i Sverige med en installerad effekt om 68 MW eftersom villkoren för transaktionen ej uppfyllts. Eolus har inte redovisat några intäkter från transaktionen och ny försäljningsprocess har initierats.
