Eolus säljer sitt första batterilagerprojekt i USA till Aypa

Eolus har ingått avtal med Aypa Power (ett Blackstonebolag) om försäljning av batterilagerprojektet Cald om upp till 120 MW i Los Angeles, Kalifornien, USA.
Eolus och Aypa ingick den 31 december 2021 avtal om försäljning av Cald, ett fristående batterilagerprojekt på upp till 120 MW i utvecklingsfas. Alla andelar i projektbolaget har överförts från Eolus till Aypa.
Eolus och Aypa har även ingått ett utvecklingsavtal under vilket Eolus kommer att fortsätta att tillhandahålla utvecklingstjänster avseende projektet till Aypa.
Anläggningen förväntas tas i kommersiell drift under 2024.
