Delårsrapport for 1. halvår 2023
Bestyrelsen for Tivoli A/S har den 14. august 2023 behandlet og godkendt delårsrapporten for perioden 1. januar - 30. juni 2023.
Resultatet for perioden 1. januar - 30. juni 2023 er i hovedtræk:
- En nettoomsætning på 416,0 mio. kr. mod 387,9 mio. kr. sidste år (+7%).
- Et resultat før af- og nedskrivninger (EBITDA) på -16,0 mio. kr. mod 5,1 mio. kr. sidste år.
- Et resultat før skat på -74,7 mio. kr. mod -55,8 mio. kr. sidste år.
- Et besøgstal på 1.257.000 mod 1.199.000 sidste år (+5%).
Resultatet for første halvår er bedre end forventet ved årets start og 2. kvartal 2023 er det bedste 2. kvartal i Tivolis historie. På trods af en højere nettoomsætning i 1. halvår 2023 end i samme periode 2022 er Tivolis resultat før skat lavere. Det skyldes dels at Tivoli i 2022 modtog kompensation pba. nedlukning ifm. coronapandemien samt at Tivoli har foretaget yderligere investeringer i Tivolis forretning for at udvikle og ruste Tivoli til de kommende år, herunder bl.a. inden for IT og kulturprogrammer.

Forventninger til 2023(uændrede)
Tivoli har fået en god start på 2023, hvor den forbrugsmæssige afmatning har været mindre end forventet. På den baggrund har Tivoli tidligere opjusteret forventningerne til 2023 (jf. Fondsbørsmeddelelse nr. 7 af 16. juni 2023).
Tivolis senest udmeldte forventning er en omsætning i niveauet 1.150 mio. kr. samt et resultat før skat i niveauet 70-90 mio. kr. Aktivitetsniveauet og resultaterne har siden opjusteringen i juni været overensstemmende med forventningerne på trods af den rekordvåde sommer. På den baggrund fastholder Tivoli forventningerne til året.
