Decline in air traffic
A total of just over 4.6 million passengers traveled to, from or via Avinor's airports in May. This is a decrease of 2.3 per cent compared to the same month last year. Domestic traffic decreased by 2.8 per cent and international traffic decreased by 2 per cent.
Avinor Oslo Airport experienced a decline of 2.6 per cent and Avinor Bergen Airport an increase of 3.2 per cent.
The figures are largely influenced by the strike among the SAS pilots that lasted three days into May.
