Danske Bank A/S udnævner Philippe Vollot til Chief Administrative Officer

Danske Bank A/S har med virkning fra dags dato udnævnt Philippe Vollot til Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) med det overordnede ansvar for Group Compliance samt de af bankens afdelinger, der arbejder med forebyggelse af økonomisk kriminalitet og håndtering af risikoen herfor i bankens første forsvarslinje (Financial Crime Prevention og Financial Crime Risk). Philippe Vollot fortsætter som medlem af direktionen.

Philippe Vollot har siden sin tiltrædelse haft ansvaret for at opbygge Group Compliance-organisationen, og han har stået i spidsen for ansættelsen af medarbejdere med den nødvendige ekspertise, etableringen af en solid organisationsstruktur samt udarbejdelsen af en omfattende plan for forebyggelse af økonomisk kriminalitet.

Satnam Lehal vil fortsat referere direkte til Philippe Vollot og vil desuden have mulighed for at rapportere direkte til bestyrelsen, ligesom det var tilfældet for den forrige Chief Compliance Officer.
