Efter godkendelse i Finanstilsynet offentliggør Copenhagen Capital A/S prospekt for udbuddet af op til 12.500.000 stk. nye 40% Præferenceaktier 2032 til en kurs pr. aktie på kr. 8,32. Præferenceaktierne har et vedtægtsbestemt årligt udbytte på 40%, indløses i 2032 til kurs 10,0 og har dermed et forventet afkast (IRR) 6,5% p.a. Aktierne, som har en nominel værdi på kr. 1,00, søges optaget til handel og notering på Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S. Copenhagen Capital A/S fremsætter samtidigt tilbud til nuværende aktionærer i aktieklassen 8% Præferenceaktier 2024 om indløsning, betinget af, at der for provenuet tegnes aktier i den nye aktieklasse 40% Præferenceaktier 2032. 

Den indledende dialog med eksisterende aktionærer og nye investorer har været god og der er positive tilkendegivelser svarende til mere end 2/3 af udbuddet. Bruttoprovenuet på op til kr. 104 mio. anvendes til at styrke selskabets langsigtede kapitalstruktur gennem at tilbagekøbe de eksisterende 8% Præferenceaktier 2024. 

Copenhagen Capital A/S forventer for 2023 til et resultat af primær drift mellem kr. 17 mio. og kr. 20 mio. før værdiregulering af selskabets ejendomme, regulering af gæld til markedsværdi og skat. Resultatet kan påvirkes af køb/salg af ejendomme samt af renteudviklingen.
