COP27-aftale initierer samarbejde mellem Miljøstyrelsen i Ghana og cBrain

Implementering er et nøgletema på COP27 i Egypten, og kampen mod de globale klimaforandringer er i høj grad drevet af myndighederne. Men desværre går der ofte lang tid fra politikerne vedtager en beslutning og frem til det tidspunkt, hvor beslutningen implementeres i praksis. Det er derfor afgørende for klimaindsatsen at forkorte den tid, som det tager at implementere de politiske beslutninger.
Baseret på bilaterale samtaler under COP27 i Egypten har cBrain indgået en samarbejdsaftale med Miljøstyrelsen i Ghana, hvor målet er at genbruge danske erfaringer og dermed accelerere klimaindsatsen.
Danmark er førende både i relation til klimaindsats og offentlig digitalisering. Ved at genbruge danske erfaringer og de mange digitale løsninger, som cBrain har udviklet i tæt samarbejde med Miljøstyrelsen i Danmark, er det hensigten at accelerere digitaliseringen hos Miljøstyrelsen i Ghana, både til gavn for befolkningen og miljøet i Ghana og som inspiration for andre myndigheder.
Myndigheder på tværs af verden står overfor de samme klimamæssige udfordringer, og samtidig arbejder de grundlæggende set ud fra de samme forvaltningsmæssige principper. Det er derfor både nemt og oplagt at genbruge best practices og velafprøvede digitale løsninger mellem myndigheder på tværs af verden og dermed forkorte den tid, det tager at implementere de politiske beslutninger.
Som eksempler på konkrete myndighedsprocesser og løsninger, hvor det er muligt at genbruge, kan nævnes støtteordninger, regulering, inspektion og kontrol, tilladelser og godkendelser samt ikke mindst opfølgning og rapportering.
Gensalg af løsninger fra cBrains bibliotek af F2 klimasoftware udgør et stadig mere centralt element i cBrains internationale vækststrategi, og den nye samarbejdsaftale fra COP27 underbygger, at der er international interesse for cBrains løsninger.
