Bilia förvärvar en återförsäljare för Land Rover och Jaguar i Oslo

Bilia har idag träffat avtal om att förvärva AS Insignia, som bedriver försäljning och serviceverksamhet för bilvarumärkena Jaguar, Land Rover samt Morgan Motor Company i Oslo, Norge. Bolaget är en auktoriserad återförsäljare för dessa märken. Avtalet är villkorat ett godkännande från den norska konkurrensmyndigheten. Tillträdet förväntas ske senast den 1 juli 2021.


Verksamheten som förvärvas redovisade för 2021 en omsättning på cirka 450 MNOK och en rörelseförlust på 5 MNOK. Antalet anställda är 43 personer. Verksamhetens sysselsatta kapital plus avtalade övervärden uppgår till cirka 55 MNOK.
