Beslutninger vedtaget på ekstraordinær generalforsamling i RTX A/S

I dag, 10. marts 2023, har RTX A/S afholdt ekstraordinær generalforsamling, hvor nedenstående blev besluttet baseret på forslag fra bestyrelsen, og herigennem blev disse beslutninger vedtaget på selskabets ordinære generalforsamling den 26. januar 2023 bekræftet og således endeligt vedtagne:
- Visse ændringer i selskabets vedtægter med henblik på at sikre, at vedtægterne er i overensstemmelse med gængs praksis i sammenlignelige virksomheder (punkt 1).
- Bemyndigelse af advokat Henrik Møgelmose til at anmelde vedtagne beslutninger til Erhvervsstyrelsen og at foretage sådanne vedtagne ændringer i selskabets vedtægter (punkt 2).
