Résultat du premier semestre 2019
Genève, le 31 juillet 2019 – La Banque Profil de Gestion SA (SIX Swiss Exchange : BPDG) a communiqué aujourd’hui ses résultats consolidés pour le premier semestre 2019.
La Banque présente un résultat consolidé négatif net de CHF 610’254 après prise en compte des produits extraordinaires et des impôts pour les six premiers mois de l’année 2019, contre un résultat net positif de CHF 329’940 au 30 juin 2018, qui tenait compte de corrections de valeurs liées aux opérations d’intérêts.
Le total des revenus provenant des opérations d’intérêts, des commissions et des prestations de service, ainsi que les opérations de négoce, se sont élevés à CHF 6,3 millions au 30 juin 2019 contre CHF 5,4 millions au 30 juin 2018. Cette hausse est essentiellement due à une amélioration des opérations de commission et de prestations de service, liée à l’intégration de Dynagest SA.
Le résultat des opérations de commissions et de prestation de service a augmenté de KCHF 1’607 et le résultat des opérations de négoce a augmenté de KCHF 361. Le résultat des opérations d’intérêts est, quant à lui, en baisse de KCHF 1'119, du fait qu’au 30 juin 2018, il tenait compte d’éléments exceptionnels.
Les charges d’exploitation sont en hausse passant de CHF 4,9 millions au premier semestre 2018 à CHF 6,6 millions pour le premier semestre 2019, due à l’intégration de l’effectif de Dynagest SA.
Les amortissements ont augmenté de KCHF 286 du au Goodwill généré par l’acquisition de Dynagest SA.
La Banque présente un résultat opérationnel négatif de CHF 672’901 pour le premier semestre 2019 contre un résultat opérationnel positif de CHF 455'940 au 30 juin 2018.
Le total du bilan est en hausse de 7% et s’inscrit à CHF 279,7 millions au 30 juin 2019 contre CHF 262,1 millions au 31 décembre 2018.
Au 30 juin 2019, la fortune brute de la Banque Profil de Gestion s’élève à CHF 2,9 milliards contre CHF 2,8 milliards au 31 décembre 2018, soit une augmentation des masses sous gestion de CHF 128,7 millions durant le 1er semestre 2019.
Les fonds propres de la Banque Profil de Gestion SA s’élèvent à CHF 55,8 millions et le ratio Tier 1 est de 53,2% au 30 juin 2019.
