Genève, le 25 mars 2021 – La Banque Profil de Gestion (SIX Swiss Exchange : BPDG) annonce  qu’elle proposera la candidature de Mme Geneviève Berclaz comme Présidente du Conseil d’administration lors de la prochaine Assemblée Générale des actionnaires du 20 avril 2021. Mme Berclaz reprendrait ainsi la fonction de Président actuellement occupée par M. Fulvio Pelli sous réserve de non objection de la FINMA.

M. Pelli, M. Fabio Candeli, M. Mario Aragnetti Bellardi et M. Frédéric Binder se représenteront à l’élection au Conseil d’administration pour un nouveau mandat d’un an.
