Med stöd av beslut av bolagets styrelse har Aktia Bank Abp idag avyttrat 39 396 Aktia-aktier i bolagets besittning för utbetalning av uppskjutna rater i enlighet med olika belöningsprogram till sammanlagt 46 personer. Avyttring av aktier är baserad på bemyndigandet av ordinarie bolagsstämman 6.4.2022.
Efter de ovan nämnda överlåtelserna har bolaget sammanlagt 188 726 aktier i sin besittning.
