AF Gruppen and OBOS Sign Letter of Intent for the Construction of Frøen Hage

The project will begin with a collaborative phase, during which the parties will further develop the project’s solutions at an early stage before entering into a turnkey contract. Work on the collaborative phase will commence immediately, with construction expected to begin in the third quarter of 2027, subject to the project achieving sufficient pre-sales.

Frøen Hage is planned to comprise 212 apartments across seven buildings, featuring high-quality shared amenities and attractive green outdoor spaces. The homes will be located adjacent to Diakonhjemmet, within easy reach of Frogner Park, public transport and central Oslo.

The contract value is estimated at approximately NOK 1 billion, excluding VAT.
