Nordic Climate Group går ind på det tyske marked gennem opkøb af fire regionale markedsledere

Nordic Climate Group opkøber fire virksomheder i Tyskland, hvilket markerer koncernens indtræden på et af Europas største markeder for køling, varme og energieffektive tekniske installationer. Tilsammen beskæftiger virksomhederne omkring 200 medarbejdere og har en årlig omsætning på cirka 40 mio. EUR. Aktiviteterne er fokuseret på kommercielle og industrielle projekter, service og modernisering med stærk teknisk ekspertise, langvarige kunderelationer og solide lokale markedspositioner. Virksomhederne har base i Hamborg og Østwestfalen og vil fortsætte med at operere under deres eksisterende lokale brands og ledelse.
Virksomhederne – Friedrich Reitemeier GmbH (ledet af Andreas Reibe), Versorgungstechnik Stüve GmbH (ledet af Matthias Stüve), Karl Busch Installationen GmbH (ledet af Stefan og Sabine Bretschneider) og HRW Gebäudetechnik GmbH (ledet af Philipp Berkemeier) – repræsenterer tilsammen en stærk regional tilstedeværelse inden for køling, varme og energieffektive tekniske installationer i Nord- og Vesttyskland.
