Resultatet af 2025

”Vi er tilfredse med resultatet af vores ophørende aktivitet før skat på 145,4 mio. kr., hvilket muliggør udbetaling af et udbytte på 49 kr. per aktie efter frasalget af SKAKO Vibration. Siden vi lancerede vores nye strategi ved udgangen af 2020, har vi leveret et afkast på 128 %, svarende til en CAGR på 18 %. Efter frasalget af SKAKO Vibration indgår dette selskab som en ophørende aktivitet, hvorfor regnskabet ikke indeholder nogen omsætning og bruttofortjeneste:

  • Resultatet af primær drift (EBIT) i 2025 var -5,7mio. kr. mod -4,1 mio. kr. i 2024. Det negative EBIT kan henføres til omkostninger i SKAKO A/S og SKAKO Vibration Holding, mens der ikke var nogen omsætning på grund af de frasolgte aktiviteter.
  • Resultatet før skat udgjorde -8,4 mio. kr. mod -5,8 mio. kr. året før pga. højere renteomkostninger
  • Resultatet af ophørende aktivitet før skat var 145,4 mio. kr. mod 15,5 mio. kr. året før som følge af gevinsten fra frasalget af SKAKO Vibration.
  • Resultatet før skat blev 125,7 mio. kr. mod 11,0 mio. kr. af ovennævnte årsager
  • Efter frasalget af SKAKO Vibration indstiller bestyrelsen et udbytte på 49 kr. per aktie, sammenlignet med 2,50 kr. året før. SKAKO tilbageholder herefter 51 mio. kr. til finansiering af den fremtidige drift samt til sikring af de garantiforpligtelser, der er afgivet i forbindelse med frasalget af SKAKO Concrete og SKAKO Vibration.

Forventninger til 2026

SKAKO’s budget for 2026 indikerer årlige driftsomkostninger på 3,0-3,5 mio. kr. eksklusive omkostninger til potentielle erstatninger vedr. garantier og andre forpligtelser i forbindelse med frasalgene af SKAKO Concrete og SKAKO Vibration. Disse omkostninger vil til en vis grad blive kompenseret af afkastet fra investeringer af det tilbageværende provenu på omkring 51 mio. kr.
