Forløb af ordinær generalforsamling i GrønlandsBANKEN
GrønlandsBANKEN har i dag afholdt ordinær generalforsamling i henhold til vedtægterne og tidligere offentliggjort indkaldelse.
Generalforsamlingen var repræsenteret med 1.128.187 stemmer, heraf var 546.823 stemmer givet som fuldmagt til bestyrelsen og 54.705 stemmer var givet som henholdsvis instruktionsfuldmagt og brevstemme.

Bestyrelsesformand Gunnar í Liða aflagde bestyrelsens beretning om bankens virksomhed i det forløbne år. Bestyrelsens beretning blev taget til efterretning. Formandens beretning kan ses på bankens hjemmeside www.banken.gl. Generalforsamlingens protokollat vil senest 14 dage efter generalforsamlingens afholdelse ligeledes blive lagt på bankens hjemmeside.
- Godkendelse af årsrapporten for 2025, meddelelse om decharge for bestyrelse og direktion, anvendelse af overskud eller dækning af tab i henhold til den godkendte årsrapport
Årsrapporten for 2025, der udviser et resultat efter skat på 181,4 mio. kr., en egenkapital på 1.599 mio. kr. og en balance på 10.974 mio. kr., blev godkendt således som den var fremlagt. Der blev meddelt decharge til bestyrelse og direktion.
Bestyrelsens forslag til anvendelse af overskud eller dækning af tab blev godkendt, herunder bestyrelsens indstilling om udbetaling af 80 kr. i udbytte pr. aktie.

Som nyvalgt medlem til bestyrelsen blev Ujarak Rosing Petersen.
Bestyrelsen består herudover af Gunnar í Liða, Pia Werner Alexandersen og Gert Jonassen samt de medarbejdervalgte medlemmer Peter Fleischer Rex, Pilunnguaq Kristiansen og Tulliaq Olsen.
På det efterfølgende bestyrelsesmøde konstituerede bestyrelsen sig med Gunnar í Liða som formand og Maliina Bitsch Abelsen som næstformand.

Deloitte, Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab blev genvalgt som revisor for et år.
