Generalforsamlingsforløb

Meddelelse om forløbet af Møns Banks generalforsamling i Mønshallerne, Platanvej 40, Stege, onsdag den 18. marts 2026:

Jf. vedtægternes §6 havde bestyrelsen udpeget advokat Søren Storgaard, DreistStorgaard Advokater A/S i Køge til dirigent for generalforsamlingen.

På generalforsamlingen var repræsenteret en stemmeberettiget aktiekapital på 4.945.000 kr. svarende til 12,36 procent af kapitalen og 157.187 stemmer, svarende til 7,86 procent.

  1. Bestyrelsens beretning om bankens virksomhed i det forløbne år blev taget til efterretning.
  1. Fremlæggelse af årsrapport for 2025 med revisionspåtegning blev enstemmigt godkendt.
  1. Vederlagsrapport for 2025 blev fremlagt til vejledende afstemning og blev enstemmigt godkendt.
  1. Bestyrelseshonorar i 2026 blev fremlagt og blev enstemmigt godkendt.
  1. Beslutning om anvendelse af overskud i henhold til den godkendte årsrapport blev enstemmigt godkendt, herunder bestyrelsens indstilling om udbetaling af
    4 kr. i udbytte pr. aktie á 20 kr. Udbyttet udgør 15,4 procent af årets resultat efter skat.
  1. Valg af medlemmer til repræsentantskabet.
