Nykredit Realkredit A/S afholder ordinær generalforsamling torsdag den 26. marts 2026 kl. 12.00 på selskabets adresse, Sundkrogsgade 25, 2150 Nordhavn.

- Bestyrelsens beretning om selskabets virksomhed i det forløbne regnskabsår.
- Forelæggelse af årsrapporten for 2025 til godkendelse samt meddelelse af decharge til bestyrelse og direktion.
- Forslag til anvendelse af overskud i henhold til den godkendte årsrapport.
- Vederlagsforhold, herunder lønpolitik og vederlagsrapport til godkendelse.
- Valg af medlemmer til bestyrelsen.
- Valg af revisor og bæredygtighedsrevisor.
- Eventuelt.
Dagsordenen for selskabets generalforsamling med de fuldstændige forslag, opdateret lønpolitik, vederlagsrapport samt selskabets årsrapport er tilsendt til Nykredit A/S, som besidder samtlige aktier i selskabet.
Under dagsordenens pkt. 5 foreligger der forslag om valg af Thomas Holluf Nielsen og Peter Giørtz-Carlsen samt genvalg af Merete Eldrup, Preben Sunke, Lasse Nyby, Per W. Hallgren, Jørgen Høholt, Torsten Hagen Jørgensen og Vibeke Krag som bestyrelsesmedlemmer. CV for Thomas Holluf Nielsen er vedlagt som bilag 1 og CV for Peter Giørtz-Carlsen er vedlagt som bilag 2.
Genvalg af Preben Sunke samt valg af Thomas Holluf Nielsen er betinget af, at de vælges til bestyrelsen i Forenet Kredit på foreningens repræsentantskabsmøde, der afholdes samme dag.
Under dagsordenens pkt. 6 foreslår bestyrelsen genvalg af EY Godkendt Revisionspartnerselskab som revisor for selskabet og genvalg af EY Godkendt Revisionspartnerselskab som bæredygtighedsrevisor for selskabet.
Adgang til generalforsamlingen er betinget af, at der indløses adgangskort senest 3 dage forud for generalforsamlingens afholdelse.
