Fossefall and Seekr collaborate on priority access to scarce AI capacity in Northern Europe

Under the agreements, Seekr will have priority access to AI capacity developed by Fossefall, during an initial 36 months phase. For this access, Seekr will pay Fossefall USD 12 million and leverage some of Europe’s most competitive clean-energy cost structures. This gives Seekr access to a constrained, strategically important resource at a time when demand for AI capacity is rapidly increasing.

Fossefall has secured exclusive rights to offer Seekr’s AI products, including SeekrFlow™, in designated markets in Northern Europe. Fossefall will lead go-to-market activities and manage customer relationships while Seekr will provide the licensed software and support services required to ensure secure, high-quality delivery in line with applicable compliance requirements.
