Contract signed with Nedre Romerike vann- og avløpsselskap IKS
AF Gruppen has been awarded the contract to expand the existing treatment plant for Nedre Romerike vann- og avløpsselskap IKS.
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 2 July 2024 when Nedre Romerike vann- og avløpsselskap IKS (NRVA IKS) selected AF Gruppen as the main contractor for the collaborative contract B2, involving the expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant in Strømmen, Romerike. The collaboration has now moved from development, planning and design to phase 2, which includes detailed design and construction. The works are being carried out inside the mountain facility in Strømmen.
AF Gruppen’s scope of work includes rock excavation, ground and concrete works, as well as technical disciplines. The works are underway and are scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. The contract is valued at NOK 2,350 million excluding VAT.
