Tredje kvartalet 2025 (jämfört med tredje kvartalet 2024)
- Kvartalets nettoomsättning uppgick till 7 MSEK (5)
- Bruttomarginalen för kvartalet minskade till 40 % (52 %)
- Rörelseresultatet uppgick till -13 MSEK (-15).
- Resultat per aktie före och efter utspädning ökade till -0,03 SEK (-0,07)
- Den 21 augusti ingick Anoto Group AB ett låneavtal med Achilles Capital AB om ett lån uppgående till 400 000 USD. Lånet stärkte rörelsekapitalet samt tillförde ytterligare finansiering till den globala utökningen av varumärket inq. Den 10 oktober 2025 konverterades brygglånet och är nu en del av nedanstående nya konvertibla instrument.
Händelser efter rapportperiodens utgång
- I oktober 2025 ingick Anoto Group AB ett avtal om ett säkrat konvertibelt lån om cirka 2,4 miljoner USD, där investerarna bland annat är Achilles Capital AB, Mark Stolkin och Machroes Holdings Ltd. Lånet löper med en årlig ränta om 8 %, förfaller den 1 oktober 2027 och kan konverteras till kursen 0,06 SEK per aktie. Det är säkrat genom en företagsinteckning om 20 MSEK i Anoto AB och en aktiepant i Anoto AB:s aktier i KAIT Knowledge AI Holdings Pte. Ltd. De konvertibla lån som utfärdades i april och juni 2025 samt brygglånet som utfärdades i augusti 2025, sammanlagt 1,4 miljoner USD, kvittades mot detta nya konvertibla lån.

- Periodens nettoomsättning uppgick till 17 MSEK (24)
- Bruttomarginalen för perioden minskade till 54 % (57 %)
- Rörelseresultatet minskade till -47 MSEK (-45)
- Resultat per aktie före och efter utspädning ökade till -0,07 SEK (-0,12)
