Stockwik har slutfört den riktade nyemissionen av 900 000 aktier till 23,00 kronor per aktie till ENDI Corp.

Den 7 oktober 2025 meddelade Stockwik Förvaltning AB (”Stockwik” eller ”Bolaget”) att styrelsen, med stöd av bemyndigandet från årsstämman den 16 maj 2025, beslutat om en riktad nyemission av 900 000 aktier (”Nyemissionen”) till ENDI Corp. till en teckningskurs om 23,00 kronor per aktie, villkorat av att Inspektionen för strategiska produkter godkänner ENDI Corps investering i Stockwik (”FDI-godkännandet”) enligt lagen (2023:560) om granskning av utländska direktinvesteringar. Den 11 november 2025 meddelade Bolaget att ENDI Corp. hade erhållit FDI-godkännandet. ENDI Corp. har nu tecknat och betalat för aktierna och Nyemissionen har registrerats hos Bolagsverket.
Genom Nyemissionen erhöll Bolaget en bruttolikvid om 20,7 miljoner kronor (före transaktionskostnader). Nyemissionen ökade antalet aktier och röster i Bolaget med 900 000 aktier och röster, från 6 311 041 aktier och röster till 7 211 041 aktier och röster. Aktiekapitalet ökade med 450 000,01 kronor, från 3 155 520,57 kronor till 3 605 520,58 kronor.
