
MT Højgaard Holding A/S: Enemærke & Petersen skal renovere 3B Folehaven i Valby

MT Højgaard Holdings forretningsenhed Enemærke & Petersen er blevet tildelt hovedentreprisen på at renovere og forny bebyggelsen 3B Folehaven med 972 boliger i Valby. Med en tilbudssum på 1.033 mio. kr. er projektet den næststørste renoveringsopgave i Enemærke & Petersen til dato. Den endelige kontrakt indgås efter udløb af standstill-perioden den 10. november 2025. Herefter er projektet alene betinget af skema B-tilsagn fra Landsbyggefonden.
Bygherre er Boligforeningen 3B, som er en del af KAB-samarbejdet. Renoveringen udføres efter en helhedsplan med støtte fra Landsbyggefonden, og arbejderne indledes i september 2026 med forventet afslutning i marts 2031.
3B Folehaven er opført i 1952-1962. Helhedsplanen for bebyggelsen indeholder bl.a. nye og efterisolerede tage, efterisolering af gavle, nye indgangspartier, nye badeværelser og udskiftning eller opgradering af VVS-installationer, ny ventilation, kuldebrosisolering ved vinduer og altaner, udskiftning og opgradering af el, opgradering af udearealer og skybrudssikring. Desuden ombygges Folehavens fælleshus, ligesom varmecentralerne renoveres og energioptimeres.
For at sikre et bredere boligudbud med flere forskellige boligtyper indrettes der samtidig 60 nye tagboliger ovenpå seks af blokkene, ligesom nogle af de eksisterende lejligheder sammenlægges til større familieboliger.
Helhedsplanen er blevet prækvalificeret til DGNB Sølv. 3B Folehaven bliver derved Københavns første og Danmarks største bæredygtighedscertificerede almene boligafdeling.

Ordren bekræfter Enemærke & Petersens stærke position i markedet for renovering af almene boliger. Enemærke & Petersen er p.t. i gang med ca. 40 renoveringsprojekter for almene boligselskaber landet over, inkl. opgaver i de flerårige byggepartnerskaber med boligorganisationerne KAB og Civica.
Ordren påvirker ikke MT Højgaard Holdings forventninger til 2025, som uændret er en omsætning på 10-10,5 mia. kr. og et driftsresultat (EBIT) på 400-450 mio. kr.
