Bergo has led Innovation Norway’s office in Silicon Valley for the past four years, supporting Norwegian entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses in the US. One of the objectives of the partnership with Aparta is to continue building relationships beyond Norway, particularly in the US, in order to support the company’s expansion strategy.

Aparta has developed a new infrastructure for residential real estate co-ownership. The company enters as a professional co-owner alongside its customers. This opens new opportunities for different ownership models: for first-time buyers, existing homeowners who want to release capital without moving, and those looking to buy a new property.
