Press meddelande: Senare utbetalning av extra utdelning
Styrelsen föreslår till årsstämman att utbetalning av extrautdelning kommer att ske måndagen den 8 december, inte som tidigare planerat, den 12 maj, men att ordinarie utdelning utbetalas som planerat enligt kallelse till årsstämma. Detaljer se nedan.
Orsakerna till det uppdaterade förslaget är dels koncernens cykliska likviditetssituation, med ett starkt kassaflöde under senare delen av året. Det är, i dagsläget, dessutom mycket svårt att prognosticera hur konjunktur, tulltariffer och andra macrofaktorer kommer att utvecklas. Koncernen har också sedan första utdelningsmeddelande förvärvat Devold, huvudsakligen med likvida medel.

Styrelsen föreslår en utdelning om SEK 15,00 (EUR 1,36), föregående år SEK 15,00 (EUR 1,35), per aktie för serie B och SEK 1,50 (EUR 0,136), föregående år SEK 1,50 (EUR 0,135) per aktie för serie A.

Registreringsdag ”record date” för betalning av utdelning är 7 maj 2025

Styrelsen föreslår vidare en extra utdelning om SEK 15,00 (EUR 1,36) föregående år SEK 0, per aktie för serie B och SEK 1,5 (EUR 0,136), föregående år SEK 0, per aktie för serie A.
