Ny utmerkelse som TOP-reiseoperatør

Fornyet sertifisering i tide til 15-årsjubileet for selskapet.

(Rud, Norge) TSS Travel Service Scandinavia AS og RSD Reise Service Deutschland GmbH tilhører begge en av de største kulturreisearrangørene i Europa, RSD Group. RSD Reise Service Deutschland ble tildelt prisen som "TOP-reiseoperatør" igjen under årets ITB. Dermed understreker arrangøren, i tråd med sitt 15-årsjubileum, sin kontinuerlig over gjennomsnittlige turistiske og økonomiske ytelse, som ble vurdert i to uavhengige prosesser og til slutt vellykket bekreftet med sertifikatet "TOP-reiseoperatør".

Den turistiske komponenten, som for eksempel pris-ytelsesforholdet eller rådgivningstjenesten fra RSD, ble vurdert av ekspertene fra tourVERS GmbH. TourVERS er en av de ledende leverandørene av den lovpålagte kundegarantien og kan derfor trekke på en omfattende oversikt over turoperatørmarkedet og kjenner dets særegenheter. Vurderingen av den økonomiske komponenten ble utført av spesialistene fra det anerkjente revisjonsselskapet RINKE TREUHAND. For dette stilte RSD administrerende direktør Horst Zsifkovits omfattende årsregnskapsdokumenter til rådighet, som ble analysert og vurdert av RINKE TREUHAND med hensyn til kredittverdighet ved hjelp av kriterier spesielt tilpasset reiselivsbransjen.

«RSD har nå for andre gang på rad klart å overbevise i begge testdelene og mottatt sertifikatet "TOP-reiseoperatør". Vi gratulerer Herr Zsifkovits og hele hans team for denne enestående og på ingen måte selvfølgelige prestasjonen», gleder tourVERS-administrerende direktør Michael Wäldle seg.

Sertifikatet tildeles utelukkende arrangører med over gjennomsnittlig turist- og økonomisk ytelse. Alle reiseoperatører kan la seg sertifisere, uavhengig av om de er kunder hos tourVERS GmbH. I tillegg til et diplom og sertifikatslogoen mottar de TOP-reiseoperatørene alltid en omfattende rapport.
