LNGameChanger: Press conference
HAV Group, Havila Voyages, Molgas Energy (formerly Gasnor), and SINTEF hereby wish to invite the press to a digital press conference about the research project "LNGameChanger", which has the ambition to develop a new solution for decarbonized maritime fuel and propulsion systems, including capturing and storing CO2 from LNG-powered ships.
If the innovative project is successful, the technology could create significant employment and value-creation effects for the Norwegian maritime cluster, and significant environmental benefits for international shipping.

The agreement provides 15-year financing that ensures predictability and room for maneuvering for the continued operation and development of the coastal route between Bergen and Kirkenes.

At the end of November, Havila Voyages will fill the tanks of Havila Polaris with pure liquefied biogas for a historic voyage along the Norwegian coast.
