Innofactor vinner kontrakt för att leverera ärende- och dokumenthanteringssystem till ett ledande svenskt tekniskt universitet

Ett ledande tekniskt universitet i norra Sverige har valt Innofactor Dynasty genom en offentlig upphandling för att leverera ett system för informationshantering. Lösningen inkluderar funktioner för dokument- och ärendehantering, arkivhantering samt möteshantering, och tillhandahålls som en SaaS-molntjänst.
Efter en noggrann utvärdering valde universitetet Innofactor Dynasty för dess hållbara och högkvalitativa lösning, anpassad för svenska högskolor och universitet. Dynasty erbjuder funktioner och nomenklatur som stödjer arbetsmetoder vid högre utbildningsinstitutioner. Alla systemkomponenter är säkra, väl implementerade, testade och dokumenterade.
Avtalstiden är två år med möjlighet till tio förlängningar om ett år vardera, vilka beslutas separat. Kunden angav det totala värdet av upphandlingen till cirka 9,5 miljoner SEK (exklusive moms). Andra anbudsgivare inkluderade Sokigo AB, Innofactor AB, Tietoevry AB, Agio System och Kompetens AB samt Formpipe Software AB.
Parterna kommer att arbeta tillsammans för att möjliggöra att Innofactor Dynasty kan erbjudas till andra högre utbildningsinstitutioner i Sverige.
