I samband med att Fingerprint Cards AB (publ) ("Fingerprints" eller "Bolaget") tidigare offentliggjort en partiellt garanterad emission av units bestående av nya aktier av serie B ("B-aktier") och teckningsoptioner som berättigar till teckning av B-aktier med företrädesrätt för befintliga aktieägare ("Företrädesemissionen") avser Bolaget att offentliggöra ett prospekt den 23 januari 2025 i vilket Fingerprints avser att inkludera vissa preliminära siffror relaterade till det fjärde kvartalet 2024. Mot denna bakgrund offentliggör Fingerprints härmed viss preliminär finansiell information per den 31 december 2024.
Fingerprints offentliggör följande preliminära siffror för det fjärde kvartalet 2024. De preliminära siffrorna har inte reviderats eller översiktligt granskats av Bolagets revisor. Resultatet för det fjärde kvartalet återspeglar det fortsatta genomförandet av transformationsplanen.
