Building Office Facility for Forsvarsbygg in Oslo

AF Gruppen has entered into an agreement with Forsvarsbygg (the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency) to construct a new office building at Linderud Camp in Oslo. The project is being carried out as a design-and-build contract, with a value of approximately NOK 79 million, excluding VAT.
The agreement includes the construction of a modern office building for employees of the Norwegian Defence University College. The office building will replace the temporary office facilities.
"AF Gruppen has had several assignments for Forsvarsbygg, and we greatly appreciate the trust shown to us in this tender competition. We look forward to starting the work and being able to deliver a great project to Forsvarsbygg and their employees," says Birger Kristiansen, director of AF Byggfornyelse.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2025, with completion in the fourth quarter of 2025.
