Letter of Intent between Norwegian Block Exchange AS and Volven AS

(Oslo, Norway) – Volven is a professional trading platform developed by traders, for traders. Volven customises solutions for OTC brokers and other institutional clients trading digital currencies. Volven's infrastructure provides access to more liquidity, reduces transaction costs and eliminates unnecessary intermediaries.

The purpose of the co-operation is to replace the existing infrastructure used by NBX's OTC desk, which offers solutions to investors who trade large volumes of cryptocurrency and therefore want access to a dedicated trading desk. The co-operation will particularly focus on the following areas:

Over-The-Counter (OTC) Brokerage solution:
Volven will provide a modern and advanced OTC brokerage infrastructure to replace NBX's current system, with access to the Volven Terminal.

Auto-Quoter for the Norwegian Order Book:
Volven will introduce a more robust and efficient auto-quoter system for NBX's Norwegian order book.

NBX will be able to offer an upgraded OTC brokerage service with better liquidity, improved pricing and instantaneous exchange rates, providing a more seamless experience for customers. The new system, including access to the Volven Terminal, will significantly improve the speed and efficiency of trading on both NBX's mobile and web platforms.

The parties aim to complete the replacement and integration of the infrastructure by the end of Q1/2025. A detailed project plan with milestones will be prepared after the formal agreement is in place.
