In December 2022, the NPRA chose Trimble as their facilitator for AgileAssets as the IT tool for infrastructure asset management. It is now clear that the ambitions will not be within reach, and the parties have agreed to end the cooperation.

"After the contract was signed, we have gained a lot of important experience, and we have made important improvements to our maintenance process", says Bjørn Laksforsmo, Director of NPRA Operations and Maintenance.

"However, as we now see that the ambitions will not be within reach without significant configuration and alterations on both sides, we have agreed to end the efforts at this junction” says Bjørn Laksforsmo.

Costs incurred so far amount to around NOK 16 millions.
