Yaras generalforsamling vedtar utbytte og velger styremedlemmer i tråd med valgkomiteens innstilling
Yaras generalforsamling ble avholdt 28. mai 2024. Generalforsamlingen vedtok et utbytte på 5,00 kroner pr. aksje og valg av medlemmer til styret og valgkomiteen i tråd med valgkomiteens innstilling.
Alle saker på agendaen ble godkjent av generalforsamlingen i tråd med forslagene i innkallingen, bortsett fra sak 13 (forslag fra aksjeeier) hvor forslaget ikke fikk nødvendig tilslutning.
Utbyttet på 5,00 kroner pr. aksje utbetales 6. juni 2024 til aksjonærer pr. 28. mai 2024. Yara-aksjen noteres eks. utbytte fra og med 29. mai 2024. Utbyttet for 2023 tilfaller aksjonærer som er registrert i Selskapets aksjeeierregister i verdipapirsentralen (VPS) per utløpet av 30. mai 2024. Utbyttet til rettighetshavere under ADR-programmet (American Depository Receipts) tilfaller rettighetshavere per 30. mai 2024 med utbetalingsdato 13. juni 2024.
I tråd med valgkomiteens innstilling ble Trond Berger, Jannicke Hilland, John Gabriel Thuestad og Tove Feld gjenvalgt som styremedlemmer for en periode på to år. Etter generalforsamlingen består styret i Yara International ASA av 11 medlemmer, inkludert fire ansattrepresentanter og har følgende sammensetning:

Generalforsamlingen vedtok å fornye Styrets fullmakt til erverv av egne aksjer. Styret gis dermed fullmakt til erverv av opp til 5 prosent av Yaras aksjer frem til neste ordinære generalforsamling. Yara har fornyet avtalen med Den norske stat om proporsjonal innløsing av Statens aksjer, slik at Statens eierandel på 36,21% ikke endres som følge av tilbakekjøp.
