Norsk Hydro: Endringer i Hydros konsernledelse
Hydros nye konsernsjef Eivind Kallevik gjør endringer i selskapets konsernledelse når han tiltrer sin nye stilling 13. mai 2024.
Hanne Karine Simensen, leder for Commercial i Hydro Aluminium Metal, tar over som konserndirektør i Hydro Aluminium Metal etter Eivind Kallevik. Kari Ekelund Thørud, leder for eierskapsstyring i Hydro Energy, erstatter Arvid Moss som konserndirektør i Hydro Energy. Moss har besluttet å tre ut av rollen med virkning fra 1. juli 2024 etter 16 år i Hydros konsernledelse. Han fortsetter som styreleder i Hydro Rein.
Trond Olaf Christophersen, konserndirektør for Corporate Development og konstituert konserndirektør for økonomi og finans (CFO), trer inn i rollen som CFO på permanent basis. Porteføljen for Corporate Development vil fortsatt rapportere til Trond Olaf Christophersen.

Hanne Karine Simensen er utnevnt til konserndirektør i Hydro Aluminium Metal etter Eivind Kallevik. Simensen kommer fra stillingen som leder for Hydro Aluminium Metal Commercial. Hun har lang erfaring fra Hydro og startet i selskapet i 1994. Simensen har blant annet vært direktør og leder for Hydros Global Business Services og konserndirektør for HR og HMS, samt hatt flere lederstillinger i Hydro Energy.
Kari Ekelund Thørud blir ny konserndirektør for Hydro Energy etter Arvid Moss
Kari Ekelund Thørud er utnevnt til konserndirektør i Hydro Energy med virkning fra 1. juli 2024. Thørud etterfølger Arvid Moss, som har bestemt seg for å tre ut av rollen. Thørud er i dag leder for eierskapsstyring (Ownership Governance) i Hydro Energy. Hun har lang erfaring fra energibransjen, blant annet som konsernsjef i Nord Pool, og visekonsernsjef og konserndirektør i Hafslund Markets.
Trond Olaf Christophersen blir ny konserndirektør med ansvar for økonomi og finans (CFO)
Trond Olaf Christophersen er utnevnt til ny konserndirektør med ansvar for økonomi og finans (CFO) etter Pål Kildemo. Christophersen ble konstituert i rollen som CFO 6. mars 2024. Christophersen kommer fra stillingen som konserndirektør for Corporate Development. Han har lang erfaring fra ulike roller i Hydro siden han begynte i selskapet i 1997. Det inkluderer leder for resirkuleringsvirksomheten i Aluminium Metal, sentrale lederstillinger i Hydro Energy og Hydro Aluminium Metal, fabrikksjef for Hydros aluminiumsverk på Karmøy samt flere roller innen kommersiell utvikling, forretningsutvikling og prosjekter i Hydros tidligere olje- og gassvirksomhet.
