Jyske Bank har i henhold til § 38 lov om kapitalmarkeder samt bekendtgørelse nr. 1172 af den 31. oktober 2017 om storaktionærer har meddelt til Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S, at Jyske Bank den 18.april 2024 har erhvervet aktier i Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S.
Som følge af heraf har Jyske Bank øget deres ejerandel til over 10 % i Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S.
