PolyPlanks årsredovisning för 2023 finns nu tillgänglig i bifogad pdf och på bolagets hemsida.
I revisionsberättelsen, som återfinns på sidan 45 i bifogad årsredovisning för 2023, återfinns följande text:
”Utan att det påverkar våra uttalanden ovan vill vi fästa uppmärksamheten på förvaltningsberättelsen under rubriken ”Likviditet och soliditet”, not 2 ”Väsentliga antaganden” samt not 35 under rubriken ”Likviditets och kassaflödesrisk” vari framgår att bolaget är i behov av ytterligare extern finansiering om den budgeterade omsättningen och det budgeterade resultatet för 2024 inte uppnås. Koncernen redovisar en förlust på KSEK 8 559 för det år som slutade den 31 december 2023 och koncernens kortfristiga skulder per detta datum överstiger dess kortfristiga tillgångar med KSEK 1 289. Dessa förhållanden tyder på att det finns en väsentlig osäkerhetsfaktor som kan leda till betydande tvivel om företagets förmåga att fortsätta sin verksamhet.”
Det finns även en anmärkning om att bolaget inte betalat avdragen skatt, sociala avgifter eller mervärdesskatt i rätt tid.
