Fingerprint Cards AB (Fingerprints™) tillkännager idag en ny funktionsindelad organisation med målet att tydligare koppla bolagets styrmodell till den nya plattformsstrategin och säkerställa ansvarsskyldighet och samarbete i hela företaget, samtidigt som man strävar efter att attrahera ledare i världsklass inom sina respektive funktioner.
Fingerprints ledare är bemyndigade att prestera på högsta nivå inom sina expertområden, vilket befrämjar en kultur av ansvarstagande som driver individuell och kollektiv framgång. Förutom att främja spetskompetens inom enskilda funktioner strävar vi efter att stimulera en prestationsdriven kultur som går utöver enskilda roller och skapar en samverkande och högpresterande anda i hela organisationen.
