3. kvartal 2023 i overskrifter:
- Resultat før skat på 81,3 mio. kr. mod 37,1 mio. kr. i samme periode sidste år svarende til en stigning på 119%
- Stigende renteniveau og højt aktivitetsniveau resulterer i en tilfredsstillende basisdrift på 66,7 mio. kr. svarende til en stigning på 88% i forhold til samme periode sidste år.
- Nedskrivninger på udlån mv. udgør en tilbageførsel på 5,6 mio. kr. mod en udgift på 3,8 mio. kr. i samme periode sidste år.
- Tilbageførsel af bankens nedskrivninger er et udtryk for, at enkeltstående sager har udviklet sig bedre end forventet og at bankens kunder generelt har klaret sig godt.
- Det ledelsesmæssige skøn til nedskrivninger er fastholdt uændret på i alt 24,5 mio. kr. til at imødegå fortsat økonomisk usikkerhed herunder den geopolitiske uro.
- Bankens portefølje af formidlede realkreditlån er øget med netto 53 mio. kr. til 7,9 mia. kr. svarende til 0,8 % i forhold samme tid sidste år.
- Indlån er steget med 226,8 mio. kr. svarende til en stigning på +6,6% i forhold samme tid sidste år.
- Udlån er steget med netto 17,5 mio. kr. svarende til en stigning på + 1,2% i forhold samme tid sidste år.
- Kapitalprocent på 24,8 (uden indregning af periodens resultat). Ved indregning af periodens resultat vil bankens kapitalprocent forøges med 3,7-procentpoint til 28,5.
- Kapitalmæssig overdækning for krav til kapitalgrundlag inkl. bufferkrav på 164,2 mio. kr. svarende til 9,1 %-point og overdækning af det samlede NEP-krav på 5,7 %-point.
