Havila Kystruten AS: Havila Pollux tilbake i drift
Havila Pollux er i morgen, 7. November, tilbake i drift og tar opp ruten sørgående fra Trondheim. Skipet har siden 31. oktober gjennomgått garantiarbeider ved Fosen verft og fått skiftet en av skipets el-motorer.
For passasjerer som fikk avbrutt sin reise med Havila Pollux, valgte noen å flytte reisen sin til ett av selskapets andre skip eller kommende rundtur med Havila Pollux som starter fra Bergen onsdag 8. november.
Til tross for nevnte kansellering, har det vært få tekniske avvik i produksjonen til Havila Kystruten gjennom 2023 og selskapet kan vise til en driftsstabilitet på over 99 %. Nye målinger foretatt viser et redusert CO2-utslipp i gjennomsnitt på 37 % hittil i år, og reduksjon i lokale utslipp, NOx og Sox, med mer enn 90 %. Selskapet er svært fornøyd med resultatene og har således også mottatt full støtte fra NOx-fondet.
Selskapet har hatt en positiv utvikling gjennom 3. kvartal med alle fire skip endelig i full operasjon. Det er gode tilbakemeldinger fra de reisende. Selskapet har stor pågang på bestillinger inn 4. kvartal 2023, og har allerede nådd 50 % av målsetningen for bestillinger for 2024.
