Koncernfinansdirektør Barbara Plucnar Jensen forlader Tryg A/S efter gensidig aftale. Ny i rollen bliver 46-årige Allan Kragh Thaysen, der i 5 år har haft stillingen som direktør for koncernøkonomi i Tryg-koncernen. Ændringen træder i kraft per 2. november 2023.

Barbara Plucnar Jensen har været en del af Trygs koncerndirektion siden 2019. Særligt hendes baggrund inden for Corporate Finance har været afgørende for selskabet i en periode med opkøb af RSA’s skandinaviske aktiviteter og den efterfølgende finansiering og aktieemission.

Koncernchef Johan Kirstein Brammer udtrykker sin påskønnelse af Barbara Plucnar Jensens bidrag gennem en helt afgørende periode for koncernen.

Til at overtage posten som CFO for Tryg Koncernen er valget faldet på 46-årige Allan Kragh Thaysen. Han har 18 års erfaring fra forsikringsbranchen, og har gennem de sidste 5 år haft titel af direktør for koncernøkonomi med reference til Barbara Plucnar Jensen. I de fem år har han arbejdet tæt sammen med direktionen og blandet andet spillet en nøglerolle i opkøbet og integrationen af RSA’s skandinaviske aktiviteter. Allan Kragh Thaysen (46) har en HD i Regnskab og en kandidatgrad i erhvervsøkonomi og revision fra Copenhagen Business School. Med sig ind i rollen som CFO bringer han mange års erfaring fra den finansielle sektor og ledende stillinger indenfor skadeforsikring. Allan startede sin karriere som revisor hos Deloitte fra 1998-2005, hvorefter han blev en del af norske Gjensidige fra 2005, og senest havde stillingen som økonomidirektør for den danske og svenske del af forretningen fra 2010 til 2018, hvor han kom til Tryg. Han har de seneste 5 år leveret stærke resultater i sin rolle som direktør for Koncernøkonomi, og har spillet en central rolle i Tryg-koncernens succesfulde opkøb af RSA’s skandinaviske aktiviteter, Trygg-Hansa og Codan Norge.
