GrønlandsBANKENs resultat før skat lyder på kr. 170,8 mio. for de første ni måneder af 2023, mod kr. 65,2 mio. i samme perioden af 2022. Resultatet før skat forrenter primo egenkapitalen efter udbytte med 17,6 % p.a.
Resultatet før kursreguleringer og nedskrivninger udgør tilfredsstillende kr. 159,2 mio. mod kr. 113,9 mio. året før.
Netto rente- og gebyrindtægter er steget med kr. 59,9 mio. til kr. 315 mio. kr. sammenlignet med samme periode i 2022.
De samlede omkostninger inkl. afskrivninger udgør ved udgangen af september 2023 kr. 160,2 mio. mod kr. 145,8 mio. i samme periode i 2022.
Kursreguleringer udviser ved udgangen af de første 9 måneder af 2023 en kursgevinst på kr. 19,8 mio. mod et kurstab på 45,7 mio. i samme periode i 2022.
Nedskrivninger på udlån og garantier udgør ved udgangen af september 2023 kr. 8,3 mio. mod kr. 3,0 mio. ved udgangen af september 2022. Nedskrivninger og hensættelser i regnskabsperioden udgør 0,1 % af bankens samlede udlån og garantier.
Kapitalprocent på 24,6 og solvensbehov på 11,5 %.
I fondsbørsmeddelelse af 18. oktober 2023 blev forecast for årets resultat før skat opjusteret fra et interval på kr. 170-210 mio. til et interval på kr. 200-230 mio., hvilket fastholdes.
