Cyviz appoints new CTO

The Norwegian technology provider Cyviz appoints a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Gøran Hansen (42). Hansen will commence his role at Cyviz on November 1 and will be part of the executive team.
"I’m inspired by the global presence Cyviz has gained within its market, and I embrace the company's vision of helping the world work better. Here, I can contribute to assisting customers like Microsoft, Accenture, and Aker BP in working smarter. Cyviz has also recently launched a new platform for monitoring and managing AV and IoT devices. I look forward to further developing these products and its underlying technology with this skilled team," says Hansen.
Hansen brings development and leadership experience from a range of established companies and startups. He has development experience from companies like Capgemini and Equinor and was involved in the development of Wordfeud. In recent years, he has held leadership positions at Amedia, Dolittle, and Karnov Group Norway.
In his new role as the Chief Technology Officer at Cyviz, he will have global responsibility for the company's technology development. The current CTO will transition into a strategic role within business development in the company.
