Árshlutareikningur Hafnarfjarðarbæjar janúar til júní 2023
Afkoma Hafnarfjarðarbæjar umfram væntingar
Rekstrarniðurstaða samstæðu Hafnarfjarðarbæjar, A- og B-hluta, var neikvæð um 499 m.kr. á fyrri helmingi ársins 2023 en fjárhagsáætlun gerði ráð fyrir 707 m.kr. neikvæðri niðurstöðu. Afkoman er því 208 m.kr. betri en áætlanir gerðu ráð fyrir. Rekstur samstæðunnar fyrir afskriftir og fjármagnsliði (EBITDA) var jákvæður um 2.215 m.kr. sem er 830 m.kr. umfram áætlun. Veltufé frá rekstri nam 1.315 m.kr. í lok júní sem er umtalsvert umfram áætlun.
Rekstrarniðurstaða A-hluta Hafnarfjarðarbæjar var neikvæð um 603 m.kr. fyrstu sex mánuðina en áætlun gerði ráð fyrir 991 m.kr. neikvæðri rekstrarniðurstöðu. Afkoman er því 388 m.kr. betri en áætlanir gerðu ráð fyrir. Helstu frávik frá áætlun hjá A-hluta eru í fjármagnsliðum sem eru 315 m.kr. yfir áætlun á tímabilinu en á móti kemur að tekjur eru umfram áætlun. Rekstur A-hluta fyrir afskriftir og fjármagnsliði (EBITDA) var jákvæður um 1.408 m.kr. sem er 752 m.kr. umfram áætlun.
Heildareignir A- og B-hluta samkvæmt efnahagsreikningi 30. júní 2023 námu 86,1 ma.kr. og skuldir og skuldbindingar 58,4 mö.kr. Eigið fé var 27,7 ma.kr. og eiginfjárhlutfall samstæðunnar 32,2%.
